5. Use
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to improper use.
►Use the product in accordance with its in-
tended use, see chapter „1.2 Use as inten-
ded" on page 10.
1. Check the wheelbarrow for damage and loo-
se parts before use.
2. Tighten loose parts with a suitable tool before
use.
3. Check the wheel for tight fit and smooth run-
ning.
4. Check the tyre pressure. The tyre pressure
should be 2 bar.
5. Load the wheelbarrow with the objects or was-
te to be transported.
6. Distribute the load evenly in the trough.
7. Important: Observe the maximum permissible
load limit in the „Technical data".
8. Hold the wheelbarrow by the carrying hand-
les.
9. Lift the wheelbarrow slightly and evenly.
10. Now push the wheelbarrow to the desired
position.
11. Place the wheelbarrow securely on a level
and firm surface.
12. Secure the wheelbarrow against rolling away.
6. Disassembly
►Disassemble the product in reverse order of as-
sembly, see chapter „13. Assembly" on page
33.
7. Store
ATTENTION
Damage to the product due to incorrect
storage.
►Store the product assembled and upright
or disassembled afterwards in a dark,
cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
►Protect the product from dust and mo-
isture.
►Do not place any objects on the pro-
duct because of deformations that
may occur.

8. Maintenance and schedule
8.1 Cleaning
ATTENTION
Damage caused by incorrect cleaning
agents.
►Check the compatibility of the clea-
ning agent with the surface on an in-
conspicuous area.
►Do not use any organic solvents, boiling
water, strong acids or alkaline cleaning
agents for cleaning.
►Remove dust and light dirt with a damp cloth or a
soft brush.
►Use a mild, non-flammable and food-safe clea-
ning agent or a cloth dampened with water for
heavy soiling.Regular maintenance increases
the safety and longevity of your product.
8.2 Maintenance plan
Before each use
Condition
►Check the overall condition of the product.
Attachment parts
►Check whether attachment parts have be-
come loose or distorted.
Wheel
►Check the wheel for damage. Also check
the air pressure of the wheel.
Payload
►Check that the load does not exceed the
maximum permissible load weight, see chap-
ter „Technical data".
Monthly
Wheels
►Check the wheel for damage. Check the air
pressure and tread depth of the wheel.
Annually
Axles
►Lubricate the axle with conventional grease.
