Cable guard 6040.019
Bei den Turbelle stream Pumpen 6105 eco und 6255 eco ist
®
ein kompakter Kabelschutzschlauch (1) bereits vormontiert.
Für nicht regelbare Turbelle Synchronmotorpumpen kann
®
der Cable guard 6040.019 (2) (Spiralwendel) separat als
Zubehör bestellt werden.
Sowohl der vormontierte kompakte Kabelschutzschlauch
bei 6105 eco, 6255 eco, als auch der für 6065, 6085
und 6125 separat als Zubehör bestellbare Cable guard
6040.019 (2) schützt das Kabel aller Turbelle
gegen Beschädigungen durch Aquarienbewohner wie
einige Korallen-fressende Fische (z.B. Drückerfische) oder
Seeigel, die den Algenbewuchs auf dem Kabel fressen.
Deshalb empfehlen wir, das Kabel möglichst generell so
zu platzieren, dass es so wenig wie möglich dem Licht
ausgesetzt ist, um Algenbewuchs zu vermeiden.
Auch der Kabelschutz durch den Kabelschutzschlauch
(1) oder Cable guard 6040.019 (2) besteht nur zeitlich
begrenzt, da beim Abfressen der Algen kleine Partikel
der Kunststoffoberfläche mit entfernt werden. Deshalb
sollte der Kabelschutz regelmäßig überprüft werden und
ausgetauscht, falls der Schutz des Kabels durch ihn nicht
mehr gewährleistet werden kann.
Achtung! Wird der Kabelschutzschlauch oder der Cable
guard nicht zum Schutz einer Turbelle
oder nicht rechtzeitig ausgetauscht und entstehen
deshalb Kabelschäden durch Tiere, führt dies zum
Garantieausschluss!

cables (1).
For non-controllable Turbelle
pumps, the Cable guard 6040.019 (2) (a helical coil) can
be ordered separately as an accessory.
Both, protective tube for cables (preassembled for 6105
eco, 6255 eco ) and Cable guard 6040.019 (2) (non-

provided accessory for 6065, 6085 and 6125) protect
the cable of all Turbelle
aquarium inhabitants, such as some coral-eating fish
(e.g. triggerfish) or sea urchins, which eat algae growing
on the cable surface. Therefore, we recommend placing
the cable as far as possible in such a way that it is
exposed to as little light as possible to avoid algae growth.
Cable protection both by the protective tube for cables
(1) and by Cable guard 6040.019 (2) is limited in time,
since by gnawing off algae, collaterally small particles of
the plastic surface will be removed. For that reason, the
cable guard should be checked regularly and it should
even be replaced if the cable protection can no longer
be assured by it.
Caution! If the protective tube for cables or the Cable
