2. Use of the pump AS-400
The AS is a cast iron submersible pump and available in multiple models,
with and without float switch. The pump is suitable for the transfer of
clean, dirty or turbid liquids. With suspended solids not exceeding a
diameter of 6 mm.
Some common applications of the AS pumps are:
• Drainage
• Excavations and trenches in the building industry.
The temperature of the pumped fluid must never exceed 50°C.
The pump is not suitable for use with salty, flammable or dangerous
liquids.
The pump may not be submersed more than 3 meters.
Do not allow the pump to run dry or work out of the water.
