lift up the food processor from the counter.
2. Store the food processor in its box or in a clean, dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem: Food is not sliced or shredded uniformly.
Solution: This may be caused by placing too much food into the chute, and/or pressing too
hard on the pusher.
Problem: Appliance stops, and will not turn on.
Solution: 1. This may be caused by a faulty outlet. See if another appliance works in the same
outlet. You have may blown a fuse or tripped the circuit breaker.
2. Unplug the appliance and let it rest for approximately 4 minutes. Plug it back in, and press
On. If this solution does not work either, do no attempt to fix the unit. Instead, call a
UseUseful customer service representative, who will provide you with the contact information
for the closest authorized service center.
Problem: Cheese is not shredding thoroughly.
Solution: For a cheese to shred properly, it must be firmly chilled. Every cheese type should
be processed immediately after being removed from the refrigerator. Softer cheeses, like
Mozzarella, should be placed in the freezer for 30 minutes before processing.
Problem: Fruits and vegetables are not slicing or shredding.
Solution: To shred and slice fruits and vegetables, they should be firm, and not overly ripe.
Vegetables with high water content should be kept in the refrigerator prior to processing.
Vegetables kept at room temperature are less firm and not as well suited for processing.
