FAQ / Troubleshooting
Network configuration timeout/failure
• Incorrect WiFi Password: Ensure you've entered the correct WiFi password. Look for any prompts or
icons (like small eyes) that might allow you to view or re-enter the password.
• 5GHz Network Connection: Typically, routers emit two frequency bands: 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Check if the
connected WiFi name includes "5G". If you're connected to a 5G network, you may need to contact
the router manufacturer to disable the 5GHz signal, ensuring your device connects to the 2.4GHz band.
• Connection Line Issues: Examine the connection line. If it's not well-connected or damaged, the device
might not function correctly. Verify if the device's lights are displaying as expected.
• Device Indicator Status: Observe the device's indicator light. If it's flashing rapidly or "breathing", check
the App to ensure it's set to the appropriate network distribution mode.
• User Operation: Ensure you're following the network distribution process correctly. The device should be
positioned close to the router. Verify that the device's network status aligns with the App's network
configuration mode. If you're using Bluetooth for configuration, the indicator light should flash slowly,
and Bluetooth should be activated on your device.
No food when use feeding plan feature in App
• Turntable Installation: Confirm that the turntable is properly installed and seated.
• Food Blockage: Determine if there's any food obstruction. Use a picture or video to check and
determine if the indicator light is red, which signifies a blockage.
• Network Connectivity: If the App can't control grain output, observe the indicator light. A constant
flashing light indicates the device lacks network connectivity, which justifies the absence of grain
output.
• Motor Functionality: Empty the device of grain, remove the turntable, and activate grain dispensing. If
the motor doesn't rotate, it's indicative of a malfunction, and the device should be replaced.
• Battery Operation Limitation: Be aware that when operating solely on battery power, food won't
dispense. The device can't communicate with the App in battery mode, so no response should be
expected after App commands.
No food output when manually adding meals on device.
• Button Check: Press the button three times. Ask the user if they feel the button rebounding. If not, the
button might be malfunctioning.
• Power Check: Observe the indicator light. If it's on, whether flashing, steady, or displaying other colors,
it indicates the device is powered.
• Operation Check: To ensure correct operation, press the button three times within a span of 5 seconds.
Ensure you're not pressing too quickly; use a regular pressing speed.
Using the app to manually adding meals but not working.
• Network Check: Ensure the device is connected to the network. Verify if the indicator light is consistently
on. If it remains on after powering up, proceed to the next step.
• Motor Check: Listen closely to the machine for any rotating sounds which indicate motor activity.
Alternatively, empty the grain, remove the turntable, activate the grain dispensing, and observe if the
motor rotates.
• Turntable Installation: Confirm that the turntable is properly installed and seated in its designated position.
Abnormal food output
• When faced with abnormal food output from the device, first ensure that the turntable is correctly
installed. If the device dispenses multiple portions, it might be operating on older feeding schedules;
hence, all existing plans should be deleted and reset. Should grain continue to be dispensed non-stop
even after verifying the turntable, it could indicate a device malfunction.
• In such instances, capture a 30-second video of the issue and, upon confirmation, return the device to
the factory for further assessment or replacement.
