Mince the meat thrice, mince nutmeg, and mix the com-
ponents.
•
More meat and less flour in a casing provide better consis-
tency and taste of the prepared dish.
•
Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
•
Deep fry the rolls.
MEAT GRINDER CARE
•
After finishing operation, switch the meat grinder off by
turning the switch (3) to the position «OFF», and unplug the
unit.
•
Unscrew the clamp ring (14) and remove the plates (11, 12
or 13) and the crossed blade (10) from the screw (9).
•
Remove the screw (9) from the meat grinder head (8).
•
Remove remains of the food products from the screw (9).
•
Wash all the parts of the meat grinder (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17) with warm water and neutral detergent,
rinse and dry them thoroughly before assembling.
•
Clean the meat grinder body (1) with a damp cloth and then
wipe it dry
•
Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the meat grinder
body (1).
•
Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat grinder body.
•
Grease the plates (11, 12, 13) and the blade (10) with vege-
table oil before taking the dried accessories away for stor-
age – this will protect them from oxidation.
STORAGE
•
Before taking the meat grinder away for storage, make
sure that the meat grinder body and all removable parts are
clean and dry.
•
The removable parts of the meat grinder can be stored in
the container (2) (pic. 14).
•
Keep the unit in a dry cool place unreachable for children
and people with disabilities.
