Accessory User Manual
Beater: Use for normal to heavy mixtures: Cakes,biscuits,
creamed frostings, quick breads, mashed potato and pie
pastry.
Dough hook: Use for mixing and kneading yeast dough:
Breads, coffee cakes, rolls and buns.

Whisk: Use for mixtures that need air incorporated: Eggs, egg whites,
heavy cream, boiled frostings, sponge cake, mayonnaise.

Usage
• Place your stand mixer on a flat, clean and dry surface and then plug in
the appliance.
• Turn the motor head locking knob in the direction of the arrow
(counterclockwise) to move the motor head upwards.
• Place the accessory you want to use into the
accessory inlet located under the motor head,
then turn it clockwise.
• Insert the mixing bowl and then turn it in the
direction of the arrow shown on the device and
