6. Malfunctions
Problems
Appliance does not turn on.
The silkflame does not rise.
One of the lights is not burning.
None of the lights are lit.
Miscellaneous problems.

Possible Cause
No plug in the socket.
Not the right feed.
On/off switch if turned off.
A fuse has blown.
The cables are damaged.
The ventilation outlets are
blocked.
The flame is dirty.
The fan is not running.
The light isn't securely fit-
ted in the lamp holder, or
the light is broken.
The transformer is broken.
Solutions
Put the plug in an earthed socket.
Use a 230 V feed.
Turn the switch on.
Contact FireWare.
Contact FireWare.
Clear the ventilation outlets.
Rlease the flame and rinse the
flame with lukewarm water and
possibly some hand-wash
detergent.

Remove the plug from the socket,
unscrew the top 4 (of the 6) left
and right screws on the outside.
Now the grid can be removed from
the top. Check or replace the light.
Use 12V 20 watt lights. Replace the
grid and screw the housing back in
place.
