and activating the system.
1. DESCRIPTION
The day/night switch 350-15010 with positive hysteresis switches
on the light in the evening if the lux ON setting is reached
(for min. 60s). The light is switched off if the daylight exceeds the
lux ON setting by 10% (for min. 60s). After a power failure and on
startup, the day/night switch switches on the light immediately for
1min (failsafe feature). The day/night switch 350-15010 is designed
for DIN rail mounting (1U). It can only be used in combination
with the external light sensor 350-10010, which measures the
daylight level. Areas of application: gardens, car parks, outdoor
areas, footpaths.
2. INSTALLATION
The product has insulation class I. The sensor cable has to
have the following specifications: 3 x 1.5mm (max. length 100m).

Positioning light sensor 350-10010
In order to achieve optimum lighting control, you are recommended
to position the light sensor 350-10010 facing north/east. Make
sure the light sensor is not affected by other light sources or by
the light being controlled. Changes in the daylight level as a result
of reflections, fallen leaves, tree felling or planting, can alter the
switching times (fig.1).
