Guarantee/Warranty:
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase.This includes a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase.
This guarantee is valid for the whole of Europe.The purchase receipt is regarded as proof of purchase.
The customer undertakes to read the instructions carefully before making a claim under the guarantee/warranty
in order to rule out any operating errors.
Theproduct has been thoroughly checked for quality and functionality before dispatch. Exclusion of the guarantee occurs in
the following cases:
- in the event of changes to the product without our approval
- in the event of use other than for the intended purpose
- in the event of defects caused by improper maintenance and/or repair
- in the event of commercial use of the article
- in the event of damage caused by falling
When making a claim under the guarantee/warranty, please return the complete product including accessories in a packa-
ging safe for transport to the point of sale from which the product was purchased. Describe the existing defect in the pro-
duct and enclose the original proof of purchase with the shipment.
The seller reserves the right to subsequent performance before refunding the purchase price. Necessary transport costs will
be reimbursed to the customer if a justified claim of the legal warranty/guarantee is established.The exercise of the statu-
tory rights in respect of defects shall be free of charge.These rights are not limited by the guarantee.

formity with the essential requirements of the applicable European Directives.
Intended use
This device (remote control toy car) is intended for use as a climbing car only.
Any other use or use that goes beyond this is deemed to be improper.
