– Clean the unit.
– Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled
persons.
Cooking tips
– The chilled ingredients such as butter or eggs should
be of room temperature. Take them out of the refrig-
erator in advance.
– To prevent eggshell and spoiled eggs from entering
the mixing bowl, first break them into a separate con-
tainer, then add them to the mixing bowl.

Oatmeal cookie
2 cups of flour

1 tea spoon of salt
1-1/2 tea spoon of ground cinnamon
2 cups of instant oats
1 cup of melted margarine
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of chocolate chips
3/4 cups of chopped nuts
– In the preparation process, try to follow your recipe
clearly and add the ingredients in the sequence and
volume as indicated in your recipe.
– When kneading, add dry ingredients in small por-
tions. Start mixing at the minimum rotation speed of
the attachments.
– Remember that the structure and quality of the ingre-
dients being mixed significantly affects the time and
quality of their kneading, which necessarily affects
the taste properties of the dishes prepared from them.
– Always start kneading at a lower speed. Gradually
increase the speed according to the recommenda-
tions below.

1. Sift out flour through the sift strainer, add to it soda,
salt and cinnamon.
2. Mix together the margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla
extract in the bowl at high attachment rotation speed
for 2 minutes.
3. Add milk and half of the flour, continue mixing at high
speed for 1 minute.
4. Add the remaining flour and mix for 1 minute.
5. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and mix at the
maximal attachment (1) rotation speed for 1 minute.
