– Place the bowl (5) on the installation place (7) and
turn it clockwise as far as it will go (pic. 3).
– Install one of the attachments (1, 2 or 3) on the
shaft (6), slightly press the attachment upwards and
turn the attachment counterclockwise as far as it will
go (Fig. 4). Make sure that the attachment is fixed
properly.
– Put the necessary ingredients into the bowl (5).
– Press and hold down the button (9) (Fig. 5), pressing
on the upper part of the motor unit (8) (Fig. 6), set it
to the operating position and release the button (9).
Make sure the motor unit (8) is fixed properly in the
operating position (Fig. 7).
Note: there is an opening in the lid (4) for adding ingre-
dients during the kitchen machine operation.
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Switch the kitchen machine on by turning the oper-
ation mode switch (11), set the required attachment
rotation speed (see the chapter "ATTACHMENTS").
– Add necessary ingredients during the kneading pro-
cess to the loading hole in the bowl lid (4).
– During the operation of the motor unit (8), the light
ring (14) will light up.
– When switching the operation mode switch to the
position «0», the operation of the motor unit (8) will
be stopped, the light ring (14) will go out.
– Use the mode «P» to quickly mix ingredients at max-
imum speed. The mode is activated by turning and
holding the mode switch (11) from the position «0»
(on) to the position «P». The light ring (14) will glow
at the same time. If you release the mode switch (11),
it will return to the position «0», the operation of the
motor unit (8) will stop. The light ring (14) will go out.
Note:
– During operation of the device, do not allow metal
objects, knives, spoons, forks, etc., to get into the
bowl (5). This can cause damage to the attachments,
the bowl and the device itself, as well as cause injury.
– If the motor unit lock button (9) is pressed during
operation of the motor unit (8), the operation of the
motor unit (8) will be blocked. To continue working,
press the upper part of the motor unit until it is fully
fixed with the lock button (9) in the working position.
Turn the mode switch (11) to the position «0». After
that set it to the desired mode.
– Maximal continuous operation time of the kitchen
machine is no more than 5 minutes. Make at least a
10 minute break before switching the unit on again.
– Do not block the ventilation openings on the motor
unit (8) during the unit operation; this may lead to the
electric motor overheating.
– If the motor thermal protection trips and stops during
operation, disconnect the kitchen machine from the
electric mains. Switch the unit on again only after the
motor has completely cooled down, but not earlier
than after 40-45 minutes.
– After you finish the unit operation, set the operation
mode switch (11) to the position «0» and unplug the
unit from the electric socket.
– Holding the motor unit (8) with your hand, press and
hold the button (9), lift the motor unit (8) and fix it in
the upper position (Fig. 5).
– If necessary, you can use a plastic spatula (13) to gently
clean the stuck ingredients from the attachments (1-3)
and the bowl (5) until they are completely removed.
– Remove the installed attachment turning it clockwise.
– Remove the bowl lid (4).
– Remove the bowl (5) by turning it counterclockwise.
– Take the ingredients out of the bowl (5).
– Wash the attachment and the bowl (5) with warm
water and a neutral detergent, rinse them and dry.

CLEANING AND CARE

– Switch the unit off and unplug it.
– Wash the attachments (1, 2 or 3) and the bowl (5) with
warm water and a neutral detergent, then dry them.
– Clean the motor unit (8) and the base (10) with a soft,
slightly damp cloth, and then wipe them dry.
– Do not immerse the kitchen machine, the power cord
and the power plug into water or any other liquids.
– Provide that no water or detergent gets inside the
motor unit (8) or into the connection between the
motor unit (8) and the base (10).
– Use neutral detergents and cleaning agents to
remove dirt; do not use metal brushes, abrasive
detergents and solvents.
