Changing the saw blade
Combined cuts
The mitre angle and the vertical angle must both be set for combined mitre cuts. This
process is used, for example, to make picture frames, for cutting strips and for making
crates with angled side walls and also for roof trusses. Always test the cut first using a
piece of waste wood before you cut the actual material.
Changing the saw blade

Wear suitable protective gloves when changing the saw blade.

Risk of damage: Using unsuitable saw blades may result in damage.

Only use saw blades, which correspond to the characteristics (size, thickness,
permissible speed) specified in this user manual.
•
Do not use any HSS saw blades and cutting discs.
•
Make sure that any required spacer discs and spindle rings are suitable for the
spindle and the saw blade used.
Removing the saw blade
1. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
2. Move the saw head to its highest position (see chapter "Use as a mitre saw").
3. Use your right hand to push the spindle lock
4. Use the hex key to loosen the saw blade screw
5. Push the release lever for the saw blade cover
