The motor cable is mounted at the angle plug of the ser-
vo motor and tightened by hand. The angle plug can be
turned.

neuMatIc connectIon
Release (1). Tighten (2).
The cylinder must not be clamped if there is no
belt on the BSC!
For tube connection with a 4mm outside diameter Push-
pull connection principle. To remove the tube, press the
blue releasing ring towards the inside. Pressure 5-7bar.
For more gentle motions, use a throttle check valve and
use a 5/2 way valve for actuating.

Use only suitable tools, and never modify tools for
an application they have not been designed for.

Manual work on the grinding belt may only be car-
ried out in a depressurized state.
3.2.1 a
djustIng the Belt posItIon
To ensure optimal concentricity of the grinding belt, set
the position of the grinding belt as follows:
Loosen four screws on both sides (1). Turn the nut to
move the grinding belt towards the tool (2). Turn the nut
to move the grinding belt away from the tool (3). Tighten
four screws again.
