werden. Wenn Sie spater eine Cassette, deren Sicherheitssperren
entfernt worden sind, aufnehmen wollen, so brauchen Sie nur die
beiden kleinen Öffnungen mit einem Klebstreifen zu verschließen.
Pflege und Wartung
Um die ausgezeichneten technischen Qualitáten Ihres Cassettenre-
corders zu erhalten, ist es notwendig, von Zeit zu Zeit zu prüfen, ob
sich Staub oder Bandschichtreste an den Magnetkópfen, an der
dergabe bemerkbar:
— Taste Eject 2 drücken, das Cassettenfach 3 öffnet sich.
— Die Cassette entnehmen.

Connecting cassette deck
— to amplifier
Using the two leads supplied as accessories, connect the amplifier
to the Cinch sockets: 30 for recording and 31 for playback.
- to the mains
Connect the machine to a 230 V ~ 50 Hz AC mains supply.
N. B.: The set carries voltage even stopped. It is necessary to unplug it
from the mains outlet to cut power off.

Tape type selection
Your unit has been designed to ensure optimal recording and playback
with various types of cassettes. The cassettes which you purchase wil
be labelled accordingly.
Select the type of tape being used by pressing button:
— 17 Metal = for metal cassettes (pure ferrous tape, 70 us),
the corresponding 10indicator lights up.
— 21 Chrome = for chromium dioxide cassettes (70 us),
the corresponding 9 indicator lights up.
= for standard cassettes (120 us), the corresponding
22 indicator lights up.
