Function and features
Retro-reflective sensor:
In conjunction with a prismatic reflector or reflective tape the retro-
reflective sensor detects objects and materials without contact and
indicates their presence by a switched signal.
• For connection to amplifier type OV110 or OV310.
• Range (r): 0.3 ... 1 m (value referred to prismatic reflector with ∅
80mm).
Diffuse reflection sensor:
The diffuse reflection sensor detects objects and materials without
contact and indicates their presence by a switched signal.
• For connection to amplifier type OV110 or OV310.
• Range (r): 1 ... 200mm (value referred to white paper 200mm x
200mm).
Electrical connection
Voltage supply to EN50178.
Isolate power, then connect the unit as follows:
