6. INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS
1.
To attach the carrying handles, snap the anchor
blocks (05) into the solar-panel frame and fix the
carrying handles using two M8x14 universal
bolts (08).
Caution:
Do not carry the solar panels by their pipe
connections. Use carrying handles !
To not attach safety belts to the roof-integral
installation.
Note:
Fit the carrying handles so that one person can
carry the solar panel holding one side.

Hook two mounting hooks (14) into the bottom
mounting rail for each solar panel.
Position the mounting hooks in the mounting rails
so that they will be approx. 100 mm from the
outer edges of the solar panels.
Distance c: ~ 800 mm
3.
Snap the anchor blocks (05) - with the rounded
side facing inwards - into the left-hand ends of
the mounting rails (04) and position them so that
the fixing brackets (09) can be screwed down
flush with the ends of the mounting rails.
Note:
The anchor blocks can be snapped into place
from above.
4.
Place the first flat solar panel in place on the
mounting rails (04) and mounting hooks (14).
5.
Remove the carrying handles from the first solar
panel and fit them to the second panel
6.
On the left side of the solar panel (01), snap two
fixing brackets (09) into the panel side frame (a)
and fold them down flat against the mounting rail
(b). Align the solar panel so that the left fixing
brackets are flush with the left-hand ends of the
mounting rails. Attach the fixing brackets (09) to
the mounting rails using universal bolts screwed
into the anchor blocks.
7.
The top fixing bracket is attached in the same
way as the bottom one.
8.
Fix the opposite side of the solar panel using two
more fixing brackets.
