DISASSEMBLY
Cautions
on
Disassembly
Follow
the
below-mentioned
notes
when
disassembling
the set and reassembling it, to keep its safety and excellent
performance:
1. Be sure to remove the power supply plug from the wall
outlet before starting to disassemble the set.
2. Take off nylon bands or wire holders where they need
be removed
when disassembling the set. After repairing
the set, be sure to rearrange
the leads at where they
have been before disassembling.
3. Take sufficient care on static electricity of integrated
circuits and other circuits when repairing.
[A] REMOVAL OF CABINET
1. Remove five screws at the cabinet (two each at the right
and left, one at the back), and take the cabinet off.
See Fig. 4—1.

1. Remove
one
screw
at the
bottom
plate,
and take the
bottom plate off. See Fig. 4—2.

1. Remove the cabinet in the same way asin "

. Remove three screws at the front panel. See Fig. 4—2.
. Remove
four screws at the right and left jack bracket, and
take the front panel off. See Fig. 4—3, 4—4.

REMOVAL
OF P.W. BOARDS
Remove the P. W. boards to such an extent that parts can be
replaced. At first, take away the cabinet as stated " [A]. RE-
MOVAL OF CABINET".
1. Terminal P.W.B. (PWB—2)
(). Remove
seven
screws
at the terminal
board
and one
screw at the earth terminal, and take the terminal P.W.B.
off. See Fig. 4—3.
2. Indicator P.W.B. (PWB—5)
(D. Remove one screw at the indicator P.W.B., and take the
P.W.B. off. See Fig. 4—3.
3. Switch P.W.B. (PWB—6)
(©. Remove three screws at the switch P.W.B., and take the
P.W.B. off. See Fig. 4-4.
4. Control P.W.B (PWB-—3, —4)
@.Remove the front panel as stated in " [(C] REMOVAL
OF FRONT PANEL".
@). Remove four screws at the control P.W.B., and take the
P.W.B. off. See Fig. 4—5.
