pan, tilt, and roll axes movements. Three profiles and gimbal modes can be selected with the flick of your thumb. By
mounting it to a grip, it can be used to conveniently control the gimbal for handheld use. It also can be used with DJI
Force Pro, allowing for more flexible control of the gimbal.
1. Adapter
For mounting the Thumb Controller to a platform.
2. M Buttons
Press once to switch between profiles (both buttons have the same function).
3. Profile LED Indicators
Indicates the current gimbal profile and calibration status.
4. Joystick
Move up or down to control tilt axis movement and left or right to control pan axis
movement.
5. Operating-mode Buttons
Press and hold to enter Free mode and press twice to recenter the gimbal (both
buttons have the same functions).
6. Record Button
Press once to start/stop recording.
7. Roll Knob
Push to control roll axis movement.
8. USB-C Port
Connect to the Ronin 2 14.4 V Accessory Power Port for power, control, and
firmware updates using the provided cable.
Installation
1. Attach the adapter to the thumb controller through the 1/4"-20 mounting hole, and then attach the thumb controller to
a platform (such as a grip). This requires a Ronin 2 Accessory Mount (sold separately).
