3. OPERATION
Blender use
The hand blender is perfectly suitable for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, and baby
food, as well as for mixing and preparing milkshakes. To use it, follow the instructions below:
1. Insert the blending arm into its body and turn it clockwise to attach it to the motor unit.

2. Plug the power cord into the outlet. Press the high or low speed button to switch on the
blender. When pressing the low speed button, you can turn the speed knob to adjust it.
3. Put the ingredients in the measuring cup. To avoid splashing, immerse the blade protection
completely in the ingredients.

4. Press the low or high speed button to switch on the appliance.
5. Slowly move the appliance up and down and in circles to mix the ingredients.

Using the chopper (only in model "Cream&Crush")
The chopper is designed to chop hard foods such as nuts, meat, onions, cured cheese, hard-
boiled eggs, garlic, spices, stale bread, etc. (maximum capacity of the chopper bowl: 250 g).
CAUTION: do not chop extremely hard foods. The blades are very sharp! Use extreme care
when handling the blade unit.
1. Place the blade unit in the chopper bowl, pressing downwards.
2. Place the ingredients in the chopper container. Pieces of solid ingredients should not
exceed 2 cm.
3. Place the chopper coupling in the container.

4. Attach the motor unit to the chopper container, having removed the arm before.

5. Press the low or high speed button to switch on the appliance.

Using the balloon whisk (only in model "Cream&Crush")
The balloon whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and mixing dough for
sponge cakes and ready mix desserts.
1. Insert the whisk firmly into the balloon whisk coupling system.
2. Connect the coupling system to the motor unit.
