Contact BougeRV customer support by phone
or email.
Please attach the order number, detailed
condition pictures and defective parts, we will
be able to reply smoothly.
Please put the product in the carton and send it
to repair centre.
Check product and accessories received. The
repairman will check for the symptom you
indicated.
We will determine the location of the fault and
the parts that need to be replaced, and make
repairs.
We will deliver the product as soon as the repair
is completed.
About delivery time: It takes about 1 to 2 weeks
after the product arrives at our company.
