Error Code & Troubleshooting
Explanation
The voltage of AC is below
93V.
When the PV input voltage
is over 120V or less than 10V,
turn off the PV input.
When the PV input current
is over 45A, it will turn off the
PV input.
When the temperature of
the PV module is over 158°F,
it will turn off the PV input.
When the AC charging
current is over 45A, turn
off the input.
Cut off the input when the
temperature is above 167°F,
and automatically recover
when the temperature is
below 131°F.
Please use the AC charging cable
and compliant outlet provided by
us for charging, and do not modify
the charging cable and outlet
without the guidance of a
professional electrician.
Please check whether the voltage
is too high due to too many panels
connected in series. If you use a
single panel to charge, please
make sure the voltage is over 10V.
Please check whether the parallel
connection of multiple panels
leads to excessive current. It is
recommended to increase the
series connection and reduce the
parallel connection.
Step 1: Stop charging and observe
whether the error code disappears
after the temperature drop.
Step 2: Please contact our
customer service if the code still
exists.
The fuse will pop up automatically.
If you want to continue charging,
please press the fuse button.
Please charge it under a suitable
temperature environment (32°F to
104°F).
