Press lower dual time button and the display will show dual.
Press time set bution. Clock time will disappear & time set will flash for
12 seconds.
While FLASHING set the correct time by pressing the numbered buttons. As you press
the corresponding button the number shows up on the LCD display.

To verify dual time, press the upper dual time button to display your OTHER
time zone. When you release the button the clock will show your current local time.
