Environmental compatibility aspects:
The gateway is fitted with a radio transmitter. With regard to optimum environmental compatibility,
the transmitter is designed to transmit only when the device is in use. If the device is not in use and
the application is closed, the gateway does not transmit. The used transmission power is reduced to
a minimum (approx. 10mW).
Troubleshooting

Remedy
Check that the power plug fits properly. If the device is connected up
correctly and no LED is on, the device is defective. In this case, unplug
the device from the mains, remove the lead from your home network
and contact your dealer.
Check the connection to your home network and make sure that your
network connection works properly. These LEDs show that the device is
connected properly to your home network. The LEDs may go off for a
few seconds when the gateway reboots.
Make sure that you have logged onto your wi-fi with your Smartphone
and that the gateway is connected properly to your home network. The
two network LEDs must be on. If you switch the gateway power supply
on at the same time as your home network, you can try to reboot the
gateway again after your home network has rebooted (disconnect the
power supply for a few seconds).
Check that your internal firewall does not block the Multicast DNS
(Bonjour).
The following causes are possible:
- The software of the Lattoflex app has crashed. Please reboot
your Smartphone or Tablet.
- Motor control is defective
- The motor control is outside the range of the gateway

- The gateway is too close to another 2.4GHz transmitter (e.g.
wi-fi, Bluetooth, microwave)
