1 General
1.1 Information on this manual
This operating manual enables the safe and
efficient use of the weel hub cleaning set
(the "unit").
Please read this manual carefully before us-
ing the unit. In particular, you should famili-
arise yourself with the safety information it

2 Product description
Wheel hub cleaning set 4 is an ideal tool
that allows you to clean heavily soiled or
slightly rusting wheel hubs quickly, safely
and at low cost. Clean the brake disc
mounting face on the wheel hub down to the
bare metal before mounting the disc. This is
the only way of complying with mounting tol-
erances and avoiding brake judder.
The cleaning brushes are fixed in a thread
in the back-up pad of the compressed air
angle grinder. The high speed of the angle
grinder (2 stages, 8,000 / 15,000 rpm) en-
sures thorough cleaning of the wheel hub.
The small-grain brushes and the high speed
add up to cleaning each wheel hub within
seconds.
