General Safety Instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the
appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the
warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal
packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass
on the operating instructions.
•
The appliance is designed exclusively for private use
and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fi t
for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors (except if it is
designed to be used outdoors). Keep it away from sources
of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid)
and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands.
If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do
not put it in water.
•
When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance
and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the
plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and
remove the attached accessories.
•
Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should
leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove
the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
•
Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular
basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
•
Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always
contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure
to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by
the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualifi ed
person and with a cable of the same type.
•
Use only original spare parts.
•
Pay careful attention to the following "Special Safety Instruc-
tions".
Children and Frail Individuals
•
In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all
packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their
reach.
Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as
there is a danger of suffocation!
•
In order to protect children or frail individuals from the ha-
zards of electrical equipment, please ensure that this device
is only used under supervision. This device is not a toy. Do
not allow small children to play with it.
Special safety instructions for this device
•
The device has a hot surface. People who are insensitive to
heat must be particularly careful when using the device.
•
Never operate the device in places where oxygen or aero-
sols (sprays) are used.
•
Never carry the device by the power cable and never use
the cable as a handle.
•
The device should only be fi lled with water. Do not use bath
oils, gels or other substances.
•
Never sleep while using the device.
•
Never use the device for than 20 consecutive minutes.
•
Sit down before putting your feet into the device. Never
stand up if your feet are still in the device.

•
Ensure that you operate the device only with dry hands
unless you remove the mains plug fi rst.
•
Never touch items or parts, which have fallen into water,
remove the mains plug immediatly.
Health instructions
•
If you have any concerns about your health you should
consult your doctor before using the device for the fi rst
time. This also applies to people with heart pacemakers,
diabetes or other diseases, pregnant women or people with
long-term muscle and/or joint pain. Continuous pain may be
a symptom of a serious disease.
•
A massage should have a pleasant and relaxing effect. If
you feel discomfort or pain after a massage you should
consult a doctor before using the device again.
•
Never use massage machines with open wounds, body
parts with circulation disorders, swellings, burns, infl ammati-
ons or skin sores or pus wounds.
Use
Dry massage
The device can be used for a short time without water for mas-
saging the feet. Caution! Don't forget that the heating elements
produce warmth.
Wet massage
In order to enjoy a wet massage, fi ll the device with warm water.
•
Place the appliance on the fl oor so that you can sit comfor-
tably in front of it.
•
Fill the device with cold or warm water. Do not fi ll past the
maximum mark (see inside wall (MAX FULL)). Make sure
that the mains plug is not inserted before you fi ll the device.
•
Only connect the machine to a properly installed safety
socket, 230 V/50 Hz.
•
Sit down and put your feet in the appliance.
•
Set the mode of operation.In order to do so please turn the
switch to the following settings:
•
0 / Off
•
Massage (Massage)
•
Heat + Massage + Bubbles
(Heat + massage + bubble)
•
Enjoy a deep, penetrating massage by moving your feet
backwards and forwards over the refl ex zone knobs.
•
You can also use the massage rollers supplied. Attach the
rollers in the recesses/holes provided on the bottom. Please
ensure that they lock into place.
After use
•
After use, switch the device to 0 / Off and remove the mains
plug.
•
Tip the device forwards and pour the water through the aper-
ture. Never pour water over the function selector switch.
