If you want to run the amplifier with the 2 line output channels from the head unit to drive a subwoofer, connect
the following setup:
(1) To the head unit, line output left or subwoofer output
(2) To the head unit, line output right or subwoofer output
(3) Bass level remote controller
(4) Subwoofer (1 - 8 Ω)
1-CHANNEL OPERATION MONO 2 SUBWOOFERS (FIG. 4)
If you want to run the amplifier with the 2 line output channels from the head unit to drive two subwoofers, con-
nect the following setup:
(1) To the head unit, line output left or subwoofer output
(2) To the head unit, line output right or subwoofer output
(3) Bass level remote controller
(4) Subwoofer 1 (2 - 8 Ω)
(5) Subwoofer 2 (2 - 8 Ω)
MASTER/SLAVE OPERATION WITH TWO TA1800 (FIG. 5a-5c)
If you want to run amplifier 1 with the 2 line output channels from the head unit and amplifier 2 should be con-
trolled via BRIDGE MODE (Fig. 2,9), connect the following setup:
(1) To the head unit, line output left
(2) To the head unit, line output right
(3) Bass remote control to adjust the bass level out of the driver's seat
Note: Set the switch BRIDGED MODE (Fig. 2,8) on amplifier 1 to position "MASTER" and on amplifier 2 to
position "SLAVE".
