REAR SUPPORT FRAME ASSEMBLY

Take out the Main Frame Assembly
die-cut Styrofoam

Refer to the left illustration, lay down the Main Frame
Assembly
NOTE:
If the Main Frame Assembly

painted Front Cover.

Two Washers (8x38x2.0t) [30] and two Nylon Nuts (M8)
have been pre-attached on the rear side of the Main Frame
Assembly (1) as the drawing shown above unscrew them

from the rear side of the Main Frame Assembly

attach the Rear Support Frame to the Main Frame As-

sembly and secure with the removed washers and nuts.
REAR DECORATION COVER ASSEMBLY

Attach the Rear Decoration Cover

Assembly and secure with four Screws (M4x12mm)

Stand the Main Frame Assembly

the die-cut Styrofoam from the Main Frame Assembly

SEAT CUSHION & SEAT COVER ASSEMBLY

For easy assembly, turn the Lower Seat Cover Assembly

and the Seat Cushion upside down.

Place the Lower Seat Cover Assembly
[16]
Cushion and secure with two Bolts (M8xp1.25x30mm)
