1. Introduction
Thank you for buying a high-quality Mobilex product. These instructions of use contain a description and
important information about the use of the medical device. It is intended to help you to use the product correctly
and safely. It is very important to read the instructions carefully before using the device. Pay particular attention
to the safety guidelines and always follow them. Mobilex is constantly trying to improve and upgrade its
products. Therefore we reserve the right to change specifications and technical data of the product without
further notice.
Intended use of the device
Forearm crutches are designed for use by people with limited mobility. They are used as an orthopaedic aid to
support balance, walking, sitting and standing. The product is designed for indoor and outdoor use.
Indications
The product is intended for the elderly, people with limited mobility of the lumbar region, knees or hips and for all
those who have difficulties with standing and walking without an additional support point. The user is required to be
able to balance independently while sitting and standing, as well as have adequate ability to move independently.
Contraindications
Do not use the product if you have problems with balance or perception or if you have insufficient muscle strength to
maintain a standing position. The choice of an orthopedic aid adapted to the patient's condition and needs must
always be made by a medical specialist or physiotherapist.
Areas of use
The product can be used in home care, health and long-term care facilities, and hospitals.

2. Safety requirements
• Make sure that this manual has been read by all persons using
the device.
• The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage and/or
injury resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions.
• Only use the product in a flawless condition.
• If defects or errors are detected you must immediately stop
using the device and contact the dealer.
• Follow all manufacturer's recommendations and warnings.
• Be aware of the information on the product label.
• Only use the product for the described purpose.
• Don't climb onto the device.
• Avoid making constructive changes to the device, unless you
have
the
manufacturer's
modifications.

The device is supplied in a carton box. The contents of the package are:

Preliminary check
Check the contents of the box with the list above. If at this stage you discover that a part is missing or damaged,
contact your supplier immediately.
3. Description
Product description
The forearm crutch gives you a sense of security and fits very well in your hand thanks to the handle being made of
soft-touch TPE. Since the forearm crutch is adjustable in length, it can be adjusted to the user's height.
Assembly description
This device doesn't require an assembly instruction.
Function description
Length adjustment
To adjust the length of the forearm crutch, first loosen the retaining ring by turning it counterclockwise. Once the
ring is loose, fully press the locking button and slide the lower tube so that the button pops into a hole corresponding
to the desired length. Lastly re-tighten the retaining ring.
WARNING! After adjustment and before use, make sure the retaining ring is tightened so that the unit is stable and
there is no unintended movement. Failure to comply with this warning may result in personal injury.

adjusted in height and secured before use.

• Clean the product regularly.
