3. Getting Started:
Open battery door (C1)
Insert 2 pieces AAA size batteries observing polarity [" +" and " –" marks]
Replace battery compartment cover
The unit can be placed onto any flat surface; the unit is ready for use now.
4. Time and Alarm Setting
4.1 Radio Controlled Clock:
After batteries inserted, the clock automatically starts to scan the DCF time signal. Radio Control

The clock automatically scans the time signal at 3.00 a.m. every day to maintain accurate timing.
If reception fail, scanning stops ("
The clock can be set to scan the time signal manually by holding "RCC" button (B8) for 2 seconds.
Each reception takes about several minutes. If receptions fail, scanning stops.
Stop scanning by holding "RCC" button for 2 seconds.

4.2 Manual Time Setting:
In time display mode, press "TIME SET
for 2 seconds to enter Clock/Calendar setting modes.
Press "+" or "-" button to adjust the setting and press "TIME SET
setting. By keeping the "+" or "-" button pressed, could speed up the setting.
The setting sequence is shown as follow: Time zone, 12/24 Hour, Hour, Minute, Second, Day of
Week Language, Year, Month/Date Sequence, Month, Date.
There are 10 languages are selectable for day of week: German, English, French, Italian, Dutch,
Spanish, Danish, Czech, Norwegian, Russian.
