INSTALLATION
The LED Neon Flex 230V Slim system is a versatile and user friendly linear lighting device. It can be cut and
bent and formed in the field and easily installed on flat surfaces of varied materials, such as wood, plastic,
steel, or on walls to form all kinds of pattern according to your design.

In order to design the desired patterns, draw the form onto the surface and attach the aluminum
mounting channels.

Insert the lighting tubes into the mounting channels with the illuminating side upwards.

The end of the lighting tube has to be terminated with an end cap.

Connect the power cable or one the controllers to the other end. Make sure the poles of the connecting
pins are correct. The blunt end should point to the power cable and the tapered end to the lighting tube.

The tube is splash-proof (IP 44) which makes it suitable for outdoor applications. Nevertheless, you have
to insulate the connectors, the power connector and the end cap with the supplied heat shrink tubes for
outdoor use.
The lighting tube may be
cut on the indicated mark
every 100 cm.
Inject silicone glue into
the connector of the
power cable, then
connect the tube.
ATTENTION!
Only cut the tube where marked.

Inject silicone glue
into the end cap.
Insulate all connections
with heat shrink tubes
using a heater gun.
Power cable
Attach the end cap onto
the end of the tube to
ensure it is waterproof.
Connect the power
supply and test for
function.

Plug in the power
contact pin at the other
end observing the correct
polarity.
Fix the mounting
channels and insert
the lighting tube.
