4.6 Functionality of the temperature relay. IA error
The temperature switch is used to protect the compressor. When the dryer is running with the
rated amount of refrigerant, the outlet temperature is stable, but in case of refrigerant leaks, the
outlet temperature becomes too high and the thermal cut-out cuts off the power supply to the
compressor. The discharge temperature also increases when the condenser is dirty or the fan fails.
