SERVICE / GUARANTEE
The duration of the guarantee lasts 3 years, with effect from the date of purchase. To prove the date of purchase,
please always retain proof of purchase.
The guarantee applies for units that were purchased in Germany. It covers defects and malfunctions, which
occur under normal use within the duration of the guarantee and which are attributable to material or processing
errors.
If covered under guarantee, repairs will be carried out free of charge.
The guarantee is void in the case of damage, modif cations or use of the device other than as intended, since
these come outside the area of responsibility of the guarantor. This applies especially in the foll wing cases:
• Intervention in the device by unauthorized persons.
• Modifications to or within the device, removing the serial number or making it indecipherable, removing or
modifying the security seal.
• Damage, which is attributable to impacts, drops or external actions.
• Damage, which is attributable to improper handling or misuse.
• Damage due to external causes, including e.g. over voltage, lightning.
• Commercial use of the device
Your statutory rights in the case of any deficiency in the device (subsequent delivery, cancellation, deteriorat on,
compensation, and so on in accordance with § 437 BGB) will remain unaffected by this guarantee.
Please retain the original packaging in case the product needs to be returned for repair. Repaired or exchanged
components are generally covered for the remaining period of the guarantee.
