TROUBLESHOOTING
Pain during use
1. Warm the breasts for five minutes before using the breast pump.
2. Start at the lowest level of suction and then gradually increase.
3. If the above tips have not solved your problems, stop using this product and consult your
doctor.
The device is not working.
Check if sufficient power is available, if so, connect a power adapter when using.
Low or no suction power
1. Check all components to ensure they are connected correctly.
2. Make sure that both ends of the tube are properly inserted into the motor unit and top cap.
No milk suction
Ensure that the breasts are aligned with the breast shield with no gaps between them, start
pumping using a low suction level.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
After use, wipe the motor with a clean damp cloth.
Do not clean the motor and adapter in water.
Except for the motor and adapter, you can put the other parts in the sterilizer.
When assembling and disassembling the breast pump, make sure that all components are
assembled correctly.
Do not clean the base by immersing it in water. We recommend wiping it only with a clean cloth.
SERVICE
Extensive maintenance or repair, which requires access to internal parts of the product, has to be
performed by a qualified service centre.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS
Packaging materials and old appliances should be recycled.
Packaging materials may be disposed of as sorted waste.
Dispose the plastic bags made of polyethylene (PE) of as sorted waste.
