CONNECTIONS
POWERING THE DEVICE
To power the device:
a) Insert the 4 NiMH AA rechargeable batteries supplied
b) Connect the OUT port of the PoE injector to the LAN 1 PoE port
of the EKSHUB using the supplied Cat5e patch cable
c) Plug the PoE injector into a mains power outlet
d)
illuminates to indicate that the batteries are being charged
i. Allow up to 5 minutes to charge new batteries from empty
once PoE or 12 V DC power has been connected
e) The device will turn on automatically once the batteries have
been sufficiently charged to cover mains power failure

Once installed and configured, press
