Part Recomended maintenance
Make sure the pedals are tightend firmly to the pedalarms, that all the
Pedals screws on the pedals are tight and that pedal straps are not damaged.
Frame Clean with a soft, clean and moist cloth.
Flywheel Clean by spraying on a cloth, apply a thin layer to both sides of the flywheel. Weekly
Remove any particles, observe wear to consider replacing brakepad,
Brakepad lubricate brakepad to avoid noise and to assure smooth contact with
Bolts, nuts etc. Inspect all bolts, nuts and screws. Thighten if necessary.
Inspect that the drive belt is sufficiently tight, check for any wear and that
