Caution: Mounting surfaces a), mating shaft with coupling part b) and coupling element c) must be clean and free of grease.
1. Place the coupling element on the encoder shaft.
2. Align coupling element to coupling part on motor, and cylindrical pin on encoder stator to corresponding hole in motor housing.
3. Place the encoder onto the motor shaft in this position.
4. Fasten the encoder with four M4 screws (load-bearing thread length at least 6 mm) and materially bonding threadlocker.
Minimum tensile strength of the M4 screws: 800 N/mm
Vorsicht: Montageflächen a), Kundenwelle mit Kupplungsteil b) und Kupplungselement c) müssen sauber und fettfrei sein.
1. Kupplungselement auf die Geberwelle stecken.
2. Kupplungselement zum Kupplungsteil am Motor und Zylinderstift am Geberstator zur Bohrung im Motorgehäuse ausrichten.
3. Geber in dieser Position auf die Motorwelle aufstecken.
4. Geber mit 4 Schrauben M4, mindestens 6 mm tragende Gewindelänge und stoffschlüssiger Schraubensicherung befestigen.
Mindestzugfestigkeit der M4-Schrauben 800 N/mm
