MOUNT THE HANDLEBARS
3. Push the handlebars upwards.
4. Turn the safety device until the safety button clicks into place.
INSPECTION BEFORE RIDE
WARNING: Check and secure all fasteners before every ride. Make sure the steering tube clamps, steering tube
extension quick release, are locked properly in place before riding. Keep your fingers clear of the pivoting mechanism
when folding or unfolding the scooter. Make sure others are standing clear. Periodically the scooter should be
checked for any undue wear to the wheels, hubs and braking mechanism. All fixings should be checked for security.
ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR HEIGHT
The handle bar can be freely adjusted between
approximately 87.5 cm and 102.5 cm.
5. Loosen the safety lever on the handlebar column.
6. Push in the metal pin on the handlebar column and
slide the handlebar column to the desired height until the
metal pin clicks into place.
7. Lock the handlebar column 2 in place by tightening
the safety lever 3 again.
COLLAR CLAMPS
Using the correct size Allen key, check the clamp bolt is tightened securely.
This item is tightened and quality inspected at the factory, but there is a
slight chance that the effects of shipping or handling may have caused this
bolt to loose. Warning: Failure to properly secure the quick-release lever
may cause the T-tube to telescope up or down while riding which may cause
you to lose control and fall. With the quick-release properly adjusted and
engaged, the handlebars will not move up or down.
