Q: Why can I not surf the internet after setting up the product successfully?
A: Please check whether the password was input correctly. If not, please enter the
correct password.
Q: Why is the network speed is very slow after setting the device up successfully?
A: Please enter the device status page to check whether the "Equipment and the main
AP distance" is fit. If not, you can adjust the position of the repeater.
How to check the status page: after connecting to the extended WiFi successfully, you
can enter the IP address 192.168.10.1 on your mobile's browser or on PC to check the
status of the repeater.
Note: Please make sure that the IP address from the upper network is not 192.168.10.1.
