- For the Defrost function, the microwave has a default setting according to the weight of
the food to be defrosted.
Around the minutes you will see different numbers corresponding to the weight of the food

to be defrosted. (Fig. 4)
Next, there is a table with the recommended default setting.

0.4 kg / 400 g
0.6 kg / 600 g
0.8 kg / 800 g
1 kg / 1000 g
Note
The defrost settings based on the weight of the food are approximate, you may need more or
less time depending on the type of food.
