Description
The pump works with compressed air, therefore it is necessary to connect it to a system oper-
ating with a pressure of between 4 and 8 bar. The pump consists of three main components:
Pneumatic motor
Pumping system
Compressed air inlet
Outlet valve
Bung adaptor
Uses
Pneumatic pumps must only be used for the draining, the transfer or the delivery of lubricat-
ing oil, including waste oil of known origin, of the engine cooling circuit.
The pumps are available with the following compression ratios: 1:1, 3:1 and 5:1.
General recommendations
Please read this handbook before using the pump.
Observe all safety regulations for the respective product when handling oils and other
chemical substances!
Do not use or pump different substances other than those mentioned in the section "uses".
The pump is not to be used with flammable and/or explosive liquids with a flash point of 55°C
or lower. Fluids with a flash point above 55°C are not to be used if they are heated beyond
