1. Packing overview

clearaudio has developed special and secure packing for your Concept - turntable that ensures
safe transportation. Please keep the original packing, it will be needed if you ship the turntable.
First layer:
Concept turntable chassis
incl. integrated motor unit
and tonearm with cartridge
Second layer:
Turntable-platter
Accessories-box,
user manual,
warranty card,
return delivery note

2. Parts list

1.) Turntable chassis with tonearm and cartridge and drive belt on sub-platter
2.) Turntable-platter
3.) Accessories: Level gauge, allen wrench (Size 2), drive belt, power supply
(incl. adaptors: EU, UK; US, AUS), bearing oil, user manual,
return delivery note, warranty card (outside of box)

3. Set up

The set up of the Concept-turntable is easy, the turntable chassis, tonearm and the cartridge are
pre-assembled and all parameters have been already adjusted and tested at the clearaudio
factory.
The Concept-turntable requires a place for set-up
of at least 17 inch x 14 inch.
1.) First take the Concept-turntable chas-
sis out of the package and place it on a
suitable surface. After that please take the
drive belt aut of the plastic bag.
2.) Take the drive belt and place it around the
sub-platter and around the motor pulley.
3.) Now you can take the platter out of the
package and place it with both hands
carefully onto the shaft.
4.) Carefully remove the adhesive security
tape and further security materials from the
tonearm and the cartridge.
5.) As all parameters were adjusted before leaving
the clearaudio factory you only need to level
the turntable with the supplied level gauge.
