Fitting the guide fence (fig.2)
The guide fence can be fixed on the left- or right-hand side of
the appliance.
♦ Undo both the locking screws (10) on the insertion openings.
♦ Push the guide fence into the insertion openings.
♦ Re-tighten the two locking screws.
Fitting/changing the saw blade (fig.3)
♦ Flip over the blade cover.
♦ Turn the quick-release chuck (13) and hold it in this position.
♦ Press the required saw blade into the quick-release chuck as
far as the limit stop.
♦ Release the quick-release chuck it must return to its initial
position. The saw blade is now locked.
CAUTION! Do not use wrong type saw blade.
Setting the cutting angle (fig. 4)
Note: There is a anti-splinter guard(17) pre-assembled on the
baseplate. It serves to avoid tearing of the surface when sawing
in wood. The anti-splinter guard can only be used in
combination with certain types of saw blades and at a cutting
angle of 0°. You may remove it if required, e.g. if you want to
make a mitre cut.
♦ Remove the anti-splinter guard (17) from the base plate (6) by
carefully pushing the anti- splinter guard outwards.
♦ Push the base plate lock (11) to the front.
♦ Slide the base plate to the front (towards the saw blade) until
it can be freely rotated.
♦ Set the desired cutting angle. The number of degrees to be
set is engraved on the base plate.
♦ Slide the base plate (6) back until the toothing engages.
♦ Push the base plate lock (11) to the rear.
Adjusting the pendulum stroke (fig.5)
♦ You can use the pendulum stroke switch to adjust the
pendulum movement of the saw blade. You can achieve fine,
clean-cut edges without pendulum movement (setting "0").
Deactivate pendulum movement when working on thin
workpieces. You can achieve an increasingly fast work rate if
the pendulum stroke is activated (settings 1–3).
CAUTION! 0 stroke setting is for cutting steel or other metal,
and the the 1-3 stroke setting is for soft workpiece, such as
wood, plastics, or soft alumnum.
Setting Sawdust blowing / vaccum function (fig.6)
♦ Press the sawdust blower switch (4) backward for dust
vacuum function.
♦ Press the sawdust blower switch (4) forwards for dust blowing
function
You can connect a vacuum cleaner to the appliance. The
adapter included in the scope of delivery allows to connect
smaller pipe diameter.
Use a special vacuum cleaner to suck off harmful or toxic
materials.
1. If required, attach the adapter for dust extraction (16) to the
dust extraction port (3).
2. For an optimum dust extraction, insert the anti-splinter guard
if possible.
3. Connect a suitable vacuum cleaner (e.g. industrial vacuum
MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when carrying out maintenance work on the motor. Regularly clean the machine housing
with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. If the dirt does not come off use a
soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
The machine requires no additional lubrication. If a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please contact your local dealer's service.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted machines to your local
dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.

4. Slide the splinter blow-off/suction selector switch (4) to the
left to the position for dust extraction.
Removing/ charging/ inserting the battery pack (fig. 7)
1. Mounting the battery pack by insert the battery pack into
the slot of the machine. After heard a click denotes the battery
securely locked.
2. To remove the battery pack press the release buttons and
slide the battery pack out of the unit.
Speed adjustment (fig.8)
This tool equipped with a speed adjustment wheel (1) to make
the tool canwork under different speeds.
Move the wheel up or down to increase or decrease the
speed.
Switching ON / OFF (see fig. 9)
1. Check whether the fixed saw blade, the pendulum action
and the cutting angle are suitable for the intended application.
2. Check whether the workpiece is secured and the worktop
prepared correspondingly.
3. Position the base plate (6) on the workpiece.
4. Push the on/off switch (2) towards to switch on and lock it in
"ON" ("I") position.
- The appliance operates with the previously selected settings.
- The LED work lamp (8) is illuminated.
5. Press the on/off switch (2) rear part to switch off ("O"
position) and stop the appliance. The LED work lamp (8) goes
out.
Battery Charging (Fig.10)
1.
Plug the battery charging into the socket; The power
indicator light on green.
2.
Slide the battery pack into the slot of battery chrger, after
hear a click, the battery pack was secured. The power
indicator light off, and meanwhile the charging indicator
light on red. The charging process starts.
3.
After around 2hours (4.0Ah battery), the charging
indicator light will off,and meanwhile the power indicator
light green on again. It denotes the charging process is
completely finished.

Pull out the charger plug, and then pull off the battery
pack form charger.
Charging tips (Fig.11)
After using, the battery pack probably a little bit hot. In that
case, the battery pack can not be charged in. It need to have a
rest, let it cool down.
Battery volume indicator (fig. 12)
The battery pack has a feature to indicator which volume
status. To show this feature, just press the button on the
housing. See fig.10
0 light on means the volume remains below 10%;
1 lights on means the volume remains 10% to 25%
2 lights on means the volume remains 25% to 50%
3 lights on means the volume remains 50% to 75%
4 lights on means the volume remains 75% to 100%
