5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
It is recommended that you installed your appliance in a place where the ambient temperature is
between 16-32°C. If the ambient temperature is above or below recommended temperatures, the
performance of the unit may be affected and it may not be possible to obtain temperature between 10-
20°C for the upper zone and between 5 – 10°C for the lower zone.
Switch the cellar on / off
To turn on your wine cellar, you must plug in the socket and to turn your device off and turn it off, you
must unplug this same socket.
Adjust the cellar temperature

Press the ▲ and ▼ buttons to adjust the interior temperature of your cellar. Each pair of buttons
corresponds to a cellar compartment; The temperature setting is independent between the
upper and lower zone. (10 ° C to 20 ° C / 5 ° C to 10 ° C)

IMPORTANT:
When the control panel display flashes, it indicates the set temperature.
IMPORTANT: to optimize the operation of the device, it is important to adjust the temperatures while
respecting a maximum difference of 10° C between the top and bottom compartment (18 and 8 ° C for
example). The temperature set in the lower zone should always be the coldest. The top area is therefore
always the hottest.
The temperature of the device is adjustable between 5°C to 20°C.
The temperature is regulated by a thermostat. Changing the temperature generates higher energy
consumption.When the surrounding temperature is 25℃ and the electric cooler has no bottle loaded, it
will take around 30 minutes to increase the electric cooler's temperature from 11℃ to 18℃. Under the
same circumstance, it will take around one hour to decrease the electric cooler's temperature from 18℃
to 11℃.
The set temperature of the upper zone must be lower than that of the lower zone. The appliance assures
that temperature is maintained as long as it is in operation and that it is used in normal conditions of
use. The temperature inside the appliance and its energy consumption can be influenced by many
factors: ambient temperature, exposure to the sun, number of door openings and quantity stored...
Slight changes in temperature are perfectly normal.
