2.) Connection scheme for up to 5 car chargers
For installations for up to 5 car chargers, please consider the following cable cross sections.
The following examples are for installations schemes for up to 5 car chargers.
car batterie
L1 is defined as the cable between car battery and switch. L2 is the standard truck charger cable 2 x 2m 1 mm².
For installations of several truck charger the fuse near to the car battery should be increased according to the
number of chargers and power required from the chargers.
For the installations the following cable cross-sections and lengths are recommended:
A). With the charger cable 2x2m and additional positive and negative wiring and a battery voltage of >12V
personal cars / >24V trucks:
B.) With direct wired negative pole from the charger to the car frame and additional cable to the positive pole on
the battery >12V personal cars / >24V trucks:
