1.) Connection scheme for one car charger

Length car wiring
For an undisturbed operation the battery voltage must be >12V personal cars / >24V trucks.
For different installations the following cable cross-sections and lengths are recommended:
A.) With the charger cable 2x2m and additional positive and negative wiring and a battery voltage of >12V
personal cars / >24V trucks:
B.) With direct wired negative pole from the charger to the car frame and additional cable to the positive pole on
the battery >12V personal cars / >24V trucks:

The usage of higher cable cross-sections is permitted. The mentioned scheme is permitted for one truck
charger only. If more truck chargers are installed a higher cable cross section is required.

from the truck charger can connected as
short as possible to the car frame. If pos-
sible, the black cable from the battery can
be omitted from this point on.
