* For the purpose of measurement according to EN 60335-1, the maximum current and the maximum power are determined as
nominal values at the nominal supply voltage U = 230 VAC / 50 Hz, at normal operation and at the load configuration: V4891-9 and
test specimen "rod with a diameter D = 45 mm made of unalloyed steel class 11 - (S235JRG2) inserted into the induction coil with a
length of 75 mm and heated to 100 °C. The output power is read after 2 minutes heating time.

6. Operation

6.1 Unpacking and initial application

1. Check the supply cable and all other cables for damage before
each application and commissioning, as well as the housing and
the handle!
2. After receiving the induction heater, check that the accessories
supplied are complete and that the device does not show
any signs of any damage. If you find any defects, do not
proceed and contact the seller of the device!
3. Allow the unit to acclimatise for 15 minutes.

6.2 Heating process

1. Slide the induction coil over or next to the object to be
heated. The coil should not touch the object to be heated.
2. Press the heating button.
3. Press and hold the button while heating to the desired
temperature.
4. Release the heating button and carefully push the
inductor away from the heated object.
5. Place the device on a fireproof surface and let it cool
down until the next use or refrigerate it for 10 minutes
before storing it.

ATTENTION: It is important that you do not expose your body
parts to the variable magnetic field during
heating. Therefore, make sure that there is
sufficient distance between all parts of the body
and the active inductor zones described in the
illustration.
CLASS 2 RISK:
The red colour indicates active zones where the interaction
with the magnetic field leads to a risk of tissue damage even
with short exposure.
CLASS 1 RISK:
The zones marked in yellow represent a risk of tissue damage
from long-term exposure to the effects of the magnetic field.
