Activity Sling
Lifting the patient from a lying position
1. The Activity Sling is fitted when the child
is lying down. Begin by sliding it up the
child's legs.
2. Put the child's arms through the side ope-
nings. Pull the sling up behind the child's
neck as far as possible.
3. Lift the child up to a standing position.
Keep one hand behind the child's head,
if the sling is not fully extended. The
child's head must be below the top of the
sling.
