Check the local electric power supply before you install the unit.

Preparations

All transportation locks must be removed.
Do not tighten the screws fully when installing the unit. Tighten them after the units

have been mounted in the slotted holes.
Please ensure that the unit is mounted horizontally!
All lines must be free of dirt and particles.
All cables and connections must be leak-proof and mounted without
forcing them into position.
Do not use hemp for sealing screw joints.
Both the intake and the return of the burner should be connected to the unit.
Ensure not to mix up intake and return!
The intake pipe must be filled with heating oil before commissioning.
After the intake line and the burner pipes have been connected the cable coming
from the boiler control and with a 7-pole plug must be disconnected from the burner
and inserted into the socket of the BSVA before the 7-pole plug of the BSVA is
connected to the burner.
As soon as the burner starts in order to meet the heat requirements of the boiler,
the BSVA is activated.
The units will only start delivering if the filling level falls below a minimum
threshold (switch-on point).
If the boiler connection cable does not have a standardised 7-pole burner plug or
the poles are assigned differently it is also possible to use versions V2.0.OS
(without plug) or V2.0.S (with safety plug).
Ensure the heating oil supply during operation.
The pumps must not run dry.
Fasten the lid after commissioning.

Replace the filter insert and the O-ring of the filter cup at least once a year,
if heavily soiled earlier. Only use filters with the same grade of filtration.
If you need to replace any parts, only use original OEG spares. If you use other
spare parts, functionality of the unit cannot be ensured and damage may occur.
