thermische Ausdehnung zu einem Druckanstieg
in der Saugleitung kommen. Bitte Fuß- und Rük-
kschlagventile entfernen oder eine Druck-aus-
gleichsarmatur bzw. ein Membranaus-
dehnungsgefäß mit ölbeständiger Membran
einbauen.
Ist der Filtereinsatz verschmutzt?

Ggf. erneuern und ebenfalls den
O-Ring der Filtertasse austauschen.

Fully-automatic intake unit for all oil burners between 50 and 200 kW with mounting
frame incl. leakage trap, leakage detector, 2 m connection cable, clamping ring sets
for 8, 10, 12 mm, mounting material.
OEG devices and units are fully tested before delivery, therefore residues of testing
oil can be found.
If the vacuum of 0.4 bar at the intake side of the oil burner is exceeded due to
heights or distances, these units will support the intake. The intake units of the
BSVA series are built into the intake without return to the tank.
Intake units should be installed directly next to the burner. The height between tank base
and the highest point of the pipe must not exceed 9.5 m (vertical) and 200 m (horizontal) on
the intake side.
Please observe the tank diameter!
BSVA units can be mounted to the ground or on walls or boilers. Please check the bea-
ring strength of the wall or boiler before mounting. The cover can be attached both sides
so that mounting either side is possible.
The installation site must be dry and easily accessible for maintenance.
We recommend pipe diameters between 8 and 12 mm.
The suction pipe must be pressure and vacuum tight. Do not install any check valves in
the intake line. If it is not possible to remove existing foot or check valves, we recom-
mend the installation of a pressure compensation unit or a diaphragm expansion vessel
with oil-resisting diaphragm which avoids an increase in the intake line caused be tempe-
rature changes.
Oil delivery units must only be installed by qualified specialists.
These operating instructions are for specialists only.
All corresponding regulations as well as the operating instructions
for the boiler and burner must be observed.
